A friend bought a "Pizza Stone" recently.
I made my own, and tonight I finally got to use it.
I love a quick homemade pizza. And now instead of being on the soggy side, it's a crispy homemade pizza.
I've been thinking of doing this too. Did you glaze it?
I did not glaze it; I don't want the pizza to sweat. I've also put in ridges to help release moisture.I guess what the dishwasher can't get off will eventually either stain or burn off in the next use.
